As a CRE, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and support by managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting with customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience to clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
• Provide clear and accurate information to customers about products, services, or account details.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system, ensuring all information is accurate.
• Adhere to call scripts and company guidelines while maintaining a friendly and approachable tone.
• Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify potential sales opportunities or cross-sell additional products/services where appropriate.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions and concerns.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues or improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Salary: 15,000/Month
